Job Overview
We are seeking a
Human Resource Intern
to join our team in Bhopal. This is a full-time, on-site internship designed for individuals who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in core HR functions. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations and assist the HR team in administrative and people-management activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the
recruitment process
, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Support in maintaining
employee records, files, and HR databases
.
Assist in
onboarding and induction
of new employees.
Help with
attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination
.
Support
employee engagement, training, and HR initiatives
.
Assist in preparing
HR reports, documentation, and MIS
.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department as required.
Eligibility Criteria / Qualifications
Graduate or Postgraduate in
MBA/PGDM (HR)
or pursuing any
HR-related course
.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Basic knowledge of
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
.
Willingness to learn and build a career in
Human Resources
.
Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
