Roles and Responsibilities
Assist with
recruitment and hiring
, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Help with the
onboarding process
for new hires by preparing necessary paperwork and coordinating their first day.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events.
Draft and proofread HR-related documents, announcements, and internal communications.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and handling general inquiries.
Assist in research for HR-related projects, such as policy development or training initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A high level of professionalism and the ability to handle
