We are looking for an enthusiastic
HR Intern
to support our HR and program teams in managing recruitment, onboarding, and people operations for our
Skill Development Projects
.
Key Responsibilities
Support in sourcing trainers, facilitators, and project staff through various recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, coordinate interview processes, and manage candidate communication.
Maintain and update a talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming skill development projects.
Prepare offer letters, maintain HR records, and assist in induction sessions.
Ensure smooth onboarding of trainers and project associates.
Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll support.
Contribute to drafting HR policies, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Support in designing and executing employee engagement activities.
Coordinate internal training programs and collect feedback to improve effectiveness.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a
Bachelor's or Master's degree
in HR, Management, or a related field.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Comfortable making calls to candidates as part of recruitment processes.
Core Skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
Analytical mindset with an interest in reporting and HR data management.
