Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Internal Hiring: Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for internal job openings.

2. Virtual Meets Management: Organize virtual interviews, onboarding sessions, and HR-related meetings.

3. Internal Coordination: Act as a point of contact for internal HR communications across teams.

4. Maintain candidate databases and assist in onboarding documentation.

5. Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and employee engagement activities.

Requirements:



1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

2. Basic knowledge of HR processes

3. Proficient in MS Office, Google Meet, Zoom, etc.

4. Detail-oriented and well-organized

5. Pursuing/completed graduation in HR, Business, or related fields
