Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic HR Interns to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and Indeed

Screen resumes and conduct initial shortlisting

Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates

Assist in onboarding and induction activities for new hires

Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement initiatives

Help in documentation and policy-related tasks

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of online hiring platforms

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
