Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview processes
Maintain and update
HR databases, trackers, and MIS reports
Support onboarding and documentation of new hires
Assist in employee engagement and HR operations activities
Help in drafting emails, interview feedback, and HR reports
Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks
Skills & Requirements
:
MBA / MSW / BBA / Graduate (HR or related field preferred)
Basic knowledge of
recruitment and HR processes
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Familiarity with
MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
Willingness to learn and proactive attitude
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
