The HR Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day
HR operations and administrative activities
, with a strong focus on
data management, background verification (BGV) tracking, and coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders
. This role is primarily operational and process-driven and does not involve recruitment activities.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain and update
HR operational data
in Excel trackers and internal systems
Assist in HR support such as
ID card creation
by coordinating with internal teams and vendors and sharing required employee data
Manage and track
Background Verification (BGV) data
, such as follow-ups, and closure
Share employee data with
BGV vendors and other external partners
as per process requirements
Maintain accurate records related to
employee documentation, verification status, and reports
Coordinate with
internal stakeholders
for data confirmation, approvals, and operational support
Ensure
data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates
across all HR trackers
Support the HR team with
general HR administrative tasks
as required
Core Skills & Competencies
Strong proficiency in MS Excel
(data entry, formulas, filters, formatting)
Good coordination and follow-up skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Basic understanding of HR operations will be an advantage
