We are offering an HR Internship for motivated students who want practical, hands-on exposure in recruitment, people operations, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Source and maintain candidate databases using LinkedIn, job portals, and internal systems
Support employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and internal culture-building efforts
Assist in training coordination and preparation of training materials
Support HR documentation, records management, and administrative tasks

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who meet the following criteria are encouraged to apply:
Available full-time or part-time for a minimum of 2-3 months
Pursuing or completed studies in HR, Industrial Psychology, or Management (UG or PG)
Good English communication skills
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, LinkedIn, and job portals
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
Strong interest in human resources, recruitment, and people operations
