Assist in sourcing profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate trackers
Support hiring documentation and offer rollouts
2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
Assist in onboarding new joiners and maintaining employee records
Ensure completion of joining formalities and documentation
Support exit formalities and handover coordination
3. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain HR trackers (attendance, leave, employee data)
Support PF/UAN, ESIC, and other statutory documentation (basic exposure)
Help with audits, data reconciliation, and HR MIS reports
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
Support engagement initiatives, events, and celebrations
Assist with internal communication and HR announcements
Help coordinate townhalls, inductions, and HR sessions
5. Learning & HR Projects
Support HR projects related to policies, SOPs, and process improvement
Assist in creating HR presentations and documents
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Chandivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
