Job Description

The HR Intern will assist the HR team in talent acquisition and strategic market research to strengthen recruitment processes and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Competitor Market Mapping

:

Research and analyze competitor organizations to identify talent pools, organizational structures, and compensation benchmarks. Prepare detailed reports on market trends and competitor hiring strategies.

Recruitment Support

:

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases. Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain candidate pipelines. Update recruitment MIS and ensure accurate tracking of hiring progress.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹7,000.00 per month
