We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resource department. You will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding processes, and day-to-day HR operations. This internship is a great opportunity to gain real-time corporate experience and understand core HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews).
Maintain candidate databases and track application progress.
Support onboarding and induction formalities for new joiners.
Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and maintaining employee records.
Manage employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Coordinate training programs and help monitor trainee progress.
Support the HR Team in daily administrative tasks and policy implementation.
Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and professionalism.
