Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist with the complete hiring cycle -- posting job ads, screening applications, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Ensure recruitment targets and intakes are completed
within deadlines
.
HR Coordination
Communicate professionally with candidates, employees, and team leads in fluent English.
Maintain accurate and updated records of candidate pipelines, employee documents, and performance reports.
Performance & Workflow Monitoring
Track daily tasks, KRA/KPI adherence, and work discipline of employees.
Coordinate with team leads to ensure timely submissions, task updates, and work progress.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare structured HR and performance reports for the HR Manager and leadership team.
Assist with employee engagement activities and HR initiatives to improve communication and workplace efficiency.
Requirements
Fluent English communication
(written and spoken) -- must be articulate and confident.
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and positive attitude.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Ability to maintain accountability and deliver work within deadlines.
Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, employee tracking).
Proficiency in
MS Office
or
Google Workspace

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection.
