End-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
Posting job openings on various portals and social media platforms
Conducting telephonic interviews and scheduling further interview rounds
Coordinating with department heads and maintaining candidate feedback
2. Onboarding & Documentation
Managing onboarding formalities for new joiners
Drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
Assisting in performance appraisals of new employees
Maintaining and organizing employee documentation
Sending HR-related communication and emails
3. Hiring Focus
Recruitment for key roles within the healthcare sector such as:
Content Writers
SEO Executives
Doctors & Therapists
Patient Care Coordinators
Accounts Executives
