We are looking for an HR Intern who is passionate about recruitment and people operations. This role will give you hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring, from sourcing to onboarding, and an opportunity to understand how recruitment contributes to building an organization.
Key Responsibilities
? Assist in end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles from understanding requirements to onboarding candidates.
? Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
? Screen resumes and schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers.
? Maintain candidate database and track hiring progress.
? Support in drafting JDs, offer letters, and internship agreements.
? Help build and improve the company's hiring process and employer branding initiatives. ? Assist in HR operations such as attendance, feedback collection, and engagement activities.
Requirements
? Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Human Resources / Psychology / Business Administration.
? Excellent communication and people-interaction skills.
? Enthusiastic about recruitment, startups, and learning HR processes.
? Organized, proactive, and eager to take ownership of tasks.
? Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
