Coordinate with hiring managers for open positions.
Support in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Onboarding Assistance:
Help prepare new hire documentation and coordinate joining formalities.
Support induction and orientation activities.
Employee Engagement:
Assist in planning and executing engagement initiatives, events, and celebrations.
Exit Process:
Support in conducting exit formalities and maintaining exit records.
HR Operations:
Maintain and update HR databases, employee files, and trackers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or pursuing final year (preferably in HR/Management).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn HR processes.
