HR Internship

for students who want

hands-on experience

in recruitment, employee engagement, and people operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with

end-to-end recruitment

: drafting JDs, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with applicants. Maintain and update

candidate databases

via LinkedIn, job portals, and internal systems. Support

employee engagement activities

, team events, and culture initiatives. Coordinate

training sessions

and help develop training materials. Handle

HR administration tasks

, documentation, and compliance support.
