Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
recruitment and selection
activities - sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
Support
employee onboarding and documentation
processes.
Maintain and update
HR databases

Assist in organising
training sessions, employee engagement activities
, and company events.
Help prepare
HR letters
, reports, and presentations.
Support the HR team in
day-to-day operations
and administrative tasks.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR functioning.

Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a
bachelor's or master's degree
in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
