The Foresta by Joysuites Hospitality Pvt Ltd is a premium pre-opening property committed to creating a professional and employee-friendly workplace culture. We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our growing team and gain hands-on experience in hospitality HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes Maintain employee records and databases Support daily HR activities and documentation Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement programs Help in drafting HR letters, policies, and communications Participate in audits and compliance activities

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
