Conduct background verification of new joiners.
Manage and update HR records, databases, and documentation.
Handle attendance reconciliation and basic HR reports.
Organize and support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Assist in drafting job descriptions, policies, and HR communications.
Collaborate with the HR team on daily operations and ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable with MS Office/Google Workspace tools.
Eagerness to learn and grow in HR.
