Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Help in onboarding new employees and preparing employee documentation.
Maintain and update HR records, databases, and files.
Assist with employee engagement activities and support in organizing training and development programs.
Help with preparing reports related to employee performance, attendance, and other HR metrics.
Support in employee benefit administration and handling employee queries related to policies.
Assist with the management of employee data and ensure it remains confidential and up to date.
Assist in the coordination of internal HR events and activities, such as team-building exercises or employee recognition programs.
Handle general HR administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in Human Resources and a passion for working with people.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
