Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
3. Contribute to employee engagement efforts through organizing events, surveys, and recognition programs.
4. Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
5. Help maintain HRIS records and generate reports for analysis and decision-making.
6. Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
