Role Description



This is a full-time internship role for a Human Resources Intern, located remotely. The intern will assist with various HR functions, including managing personnel records, implementing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting HR management. Duties also include conducting recruitment activities, onboarding new employees, and handling employee inquiries.

Location: Remote

Workdays: Monday - Friday

Experience: 0 - 1yr (Freshers can also apply)

Stipend: 7,000/- - 10,000/- per month

Internship will be of 6 months, on successful completion of the same candidate will be offered an option to continue (if performance is good) as a full time employee with all employment benefits.

Responsibilities:-



Identify hiring needs and execute Recruitment plans. Manage different online sourcing Platforms for recruitment. Review applications and Interview processes. Coordinate with the candidates Proactively. Develop recruitment related Documents. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Provide counseling on policies and procedures. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process. Create and implement effective onboarding plans. Develop training and development programs. Assist in performance management processes.

Skills Required:-



Excellent written and verbal communication, strong editing skills. Superlative commitment, flexibility and motivation to stay focused and generate high quality leads. Familiarity with MS excel (analysing spreadsheets and charts). Excellent communication and Negotiation Skills, ability to deliver engaging presentations. Ability to collaborate with team members, Self-Motivatedand organized. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or relatedfield. Experience in sales, marketing or related field. Strong communication skills and IT fluency. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.Excellent organizational skills. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
