1. Draft and post job openings on various platforms.
2. Screen incoming resumes and applications and schedule and coordinate interviews.
3. Maintain offer letters, internship agreements, and other HR-related documentation.
4. Coordinate and schedule meetings, both internal and external.
5. Draft and send official communication on behalf of the manager.
6. Follow up on action points and pending tasks.
7. Assist the boss in daily task tracking and ensuring completion by the team.
