Intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Onboarding
- end-to-end onboarding process of new hire, employee documentation, HR Inductions,
Payroll
-preparing monthly payroll inputs files, tracking monthly increments, bonus payout, exit process, full and final settlement, tracking resignation acceptance, and issuing exit documents to exit employees.
Employee Engagement
- conducting monthly employee events in-office/virtual on social media, planning festive days celebrations, and organizing various office events, on as needed basis.
Employee Queries
- responsible for monitoring and reverting to all kinds of employee queries through HR helpdesk tools.
HR Reports
- responsible for updating various HR reports eg. Employee MIS, Employee salary reports, Employee exit reports, HR rewards payout, R&R points redemptions reports, leave-attendance reports, HR helpdesk reports and ant other HR reports to be prepared on a need basis.
Graduation compulsory from any stream
*Only those candidates who can work full time, 6 days a week, 09 am to 6 PM should apply.
Stipend: 5k to 10k
depending on your performance and skillset.
