Assist in sourcing candidates for sales roles through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, campus drives, referrals, etc.)
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and track application statuses
Support HR team in recruitment drives and walk-in interviews
Assist in onboarding and documentation of selected candidates
Prepare and update recruitment-related reports and trackers
Maintain communication with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment experience
Ideal Profile
Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or related fieldStrong interest in recruitment and talent acquisitionGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
