Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms
Screen incoming applications and shortlist candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Communicate with candidates regarding their application status and next steps
Conduct initial outreach to candidates via email, phone, or LinkedIn
Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs, campus drives, and other recruitment events
Support employer branding efforts on social media and career pages
Collect feedback from interviewers and contribute to improving hiring processes
Prepare recruitment status reports and candidate pipelines
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources
Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic familiarity with LinkedIn
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
