We are looking for a proactive

HR Intern

who seeks exposure in HR operations and is eager to build a solid foundation in practical HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the

recruitment process

: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups Support

employee onboarding and induction

activities Help with

payroll coordination

and maintain accurate employee data (knowledge of Spine HR is an advantage) Participate in

employee engagement initiatives

and HR events Assist in maintaining

statutory compliance records

, including

PF, ESIC

, and related documentation

Requirements:

Prior HR experience of

3-6 months

is a preffered Familiarity with

Spine HR

software and basic knowledge of

PF and ESIC statutory compliance

is a plus Good communication and coordination skills Must reside on the

Western Line

(Mumbai)
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
