As an HR Intern at Fitistan, you'll support end-to-end HR functions from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and internal communications. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations in a fast-growing health and wellness startup. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, learn HR systems and tools and help us build a workplace that is productive and engaging. Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment databases.
Help in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
Planning and executing employee engagement activities.
Maintain and update HR records, employee databases and documentation.
Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding materials.
Research and suggest learning resources for employee skill enhancement.
Help in managing HR documentation, contracts, and confidentiality agreements.
Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working independently.
