About the Role



We are seeking a passionate and proactive

HR Intern

with a background in

Psychology or Human Resources

to join our Learning & Development team. In this role, you will support the creation of impactful training content, conduct needs assessments, and assist in the development and coordination of mentoring and coaching programs. Your understanding of human behavior and motivation will be key to creating engaging, learner-centric interventions. You should have good command over English language and good communication skills is a must.

Key Responsibilities



Training Content Development



Assist in designing engaging learning content, activities, and materials for in-person and virtual programs Support instructional design using psychological insights into adult learning and behavior change

Needs Assessment & Program Design



Conduct learning needs analysis through surveys, interviews, and data reviews Translate learning gaps into actionable training and development plan

Mentoring & Coaching Programs



Coordinate mentoring initiatives, including pairing, tracking, and feedback collection Support the design and rollout of structured coaching intervention.

Research & Best Practices



Research industry trends and psychological approaches to learning and behavior change Benchmark programs against global standards to ensure effectiveness

Stakeholder Coordination



Liaise with external stakeholders (Clients) to align programs with business needs Provide support during facilitation, program launches, and post-training analysis

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Psychology (B.A. Psychology) or a related behavioral science field 0-2 years of relevant experience in L&D, HR, training coordination, or content development Strong communication and writing skills Interest in adult learning, coaching, or organizational psychology Organized, proactive, and eager to learn Proficiency in MS Office or G-Suite; familiarity with learning tools (e.g., Canva, LMS, Google Forms) is a plus
