Assist in recruitment activities (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination)
Maintain and update employee records and HR files
Support onboarding and induction of new employees
Assist in attendance tracking and basic payroll coordination
Coordinate with staff for HR-related documentation
Support HR team in organizing training programs and meetings
Handle basic HR queries from employees
Ensure compliance with company HR policies
Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation
Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA / MSW / BBA / B.Com / BA (HR preferred)
Basic knowledge of HR processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Willingness to learn and take initiative
