Key Responsibilities
Screen resumes for various open positions based on job descriptions and role requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability and interest.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Post job openings on social media platforms, job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), and other relevant channels.
Collaborate with candidates to manage and coordinate in-person interviews.
Assist in candidate follow-ups and interview feedback coordination.
Support joining formalities, employee induction, and onboarding processes.
Maintain and update HR records, candidate databases, and documentation.
Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes (preferred).
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and MS Office tools.
Willingness to work from the office and learn in a fast-paced environment.
