Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support in sourcing candidates for open positions, screening CVs to identify suitable profiles, conducting first-level HR interviews, arranging interviews with functional managers, validating candidates' documents before releasing recruitment offers, and onboarding new joiners
2. Maintain employee record files in both the HRMS tool and physical personnel files from joining to relieving
3. Manage monthly attendance records, maintain leave records, and update them on the HRMS tool monthly
4. Support in organizing team engagement activities
5. Assist in updating HR policies and SOPs
6. Support in conducting POSH awareness training for employees
