Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive / HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining HR operations. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about people management and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various job portals and social media.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress.
2. Onboarding & Documentation
Manage onboarding processes for new employees and interns.
Prepare offer letters, internship letters, and maintain employee records.
Conduct induction sessions and ensure a smooth joining experience.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain attendance, leave, and performance records.
Support payroll processing and monthly HR reports.
Assist in policy implementation and ensure HR compliance.
4. Employee Engagement & Development
Plan and organize employee engagement activities, workshops, and feedback sessions.
Assist in conducting performance appraisals and training sessions.
Promote a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
5. HR Analytics & Reporting
Maintain HR data in spreadsheets or HRMS tools.
Generate reports on recruitment, attrition, and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR software, Excel, and MS Office.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or Internshala.
Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and HR analytics tools.
Prior internship experience in HR or EdTech is a plus.
