Requirements:
Currently pursuing a
Bachelor's or Master's degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Strong interest in human resources and employee relations.
Excellent
written and verbal communication
skills.
Strong attention to detail and
organizational skills
.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
; experience with HR software is a plus.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Previous internship or coursework in HR is a plus.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
