Human Resource Intern

Job Description

Assist with

recruitment efforts

, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates. Support

onboarding and offboarding

processes for new and departing employees. Help maintain and update

employee records

in HR databases. Assist in organizing

training sessions

, workshops, and employee engagement activities. Support performance review and feedback processes. Prepare HR-related

documents, reports, and presentations

. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. Participate in special HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements:



Currently pursuing a

Bachelor's or Master's degree

in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Strong interest in human resources and employee relations. Excellent

written and verbal communication

skills. Strong attention to detail and

organizational skills

. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

; experience with HR software is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):



Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Previous internship or coursework in HR is a plus. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
