Post job openings on various job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Source and screen resumes to match job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct telephonic/initial HR rounds for shortlisted candidates.
2. Onboarding & Documentation
Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
Coordinate induction and joining formalities for new hires.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
3. Employee Engagement & Support
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies.
Support in employee engagement activities, events, and team-building initiatives.
Assist in handling basic employee relations matters.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Maintain proper filing of HR documents and compliance records.
Support in policy implementation and HR process improvement.
Requirements:
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Eager to learn and build a career in HR.
