1. Supporting in sourcing candidates for open positions, screening CVs to identify suitable profiles, conducting first-level HR interviews, arranging interviews with functional managers, validating candidates' documents before releasing recruitment offers, and onboarding new joiners
2. Supporting in regular performance monitoring of employees as part of the annual appraisal process
3. Maintaining employee personal files in both the HRMS tool and physical personal files from joining to relieving
4. Supporting in organizing team engagement activities
5. Assisting in updating HR policies
6. Draft preparation & testing of HR SOPs and other HR-related activities
