Roles & Responsibilities
Assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes (screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Coordinating with candidates and internal teams
Maintaining employee records and HR databases
Supporting onboarding and documentation processes
Assisting in attendance tracking and basic HR reporting
Helping with day-to-day HR administrative activities
Eligibility Criteria
Basic understanding of Human Resource functions
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
Freshers and students pursuing HR/Management courses are welcome to apply
