Intern- HR

Key responsibilities:



Assisting with preparing paperwork for new hires, coordinating orientation programs, and handling necessary documentation for departing employees Supporting the maintenance and updating of employee records and databases Assisting in coordinating employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities Supporting the drafting, formatting and updating of HR policies, and documents Assisting in recruitment activities Carrying out other HR-related support tasks as assigned by the HR team

Requirements- Skills & Qualifications



Graduation/ Post-graduation in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Working knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Good interpersonal skills Willingness to learn Ability to adhere to timelines and follow defined processes and guidelines
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ?15,000.00 per month
