We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with limited experience who are eager to build a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers Support HR team with onboarding and documentation Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks Participate in employer branding and engagement activities, as required

Skills & Requirements

Strong interest in Recruitment and HR functions Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of HR processes (added advantage) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

Pursuing or completed MBA in HR Prior internship experience (up to 3 months) is a plus
