1. Primary Expectations & Responsibilities



The intern will be expected to own the initial stages of the recruitment pipeline.

Sourcing:

Proactively search and identify candidates across platforms (LinkedIn, job boards) for roles in Tech, Marketing, and Operations.
KPI:

50+ quality profiles screened

and logged monthly.

Screening:

Conduct initial resume screening and professional phone interviews to assess basic qualifications and cultural fit.
KPI:

15+ scheduled interviews

with hiring managers monthly.

Coordination:

Manage the end-to-end interview scheduling process, including calendar invites and timely communication.
KPI: Adhere to a

4-hour response window

for all candidate and internal scheduling queries.

Data Integrity:

Accurately input and update all candidate statuses, notes, and records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
KPI:

Zero data entry errors

in the ATS for assigned roles.

Project Support:

Assist in drafting engaging job descriptions and preparing weekly/monthly recruitment performance reports.

Gain practical, daily experience using a professional

Applicant Tracking System

Data-Driven HR:

Understand how to track, analyze, and report on essential recruitment metrics (e.g., source-of-hire, conversion rates).

FinTech Exposure:

Direct insight into the skills and roles required to scale a high-growth company in the

FinTech space

.

3. Non-Negotiable Requirements



Currently pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Exceptional

written and verbal English communication

skills. Meticulous

attention to detail

and strong organizational ability. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets). Demonstrated commitment to

confidentiality and high integrity

. A

proactive, ownership-driven

attitude suited for a demanding startup environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
