Job Description

An HR intern assists the HR department with administrative tasks, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, providing valuable support while gaining practical experience in human resources.

Key Responsibilities



Administrative Support

: Update employee records, maintain databases, and assist with data entry and filing of HR documents.

Recruitment Assistance

: Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and post job advertisements on various platforms.

Onboarding

: Help prepare for new employee orientations, coordinate paperwork, and assist in the onboarding process.

Employee Relations

: Address employee queries, assist with employee satisfaction initiatives, and help resolve minor conflicts.

HR Projects

: Participate in various HR projects, such as developing training materials or improving HR processes.

Internship Duration

- 6 Months

Stipend

- 10k

We will offer PPO of 3-3.5 LPA subjected to the performance during internship

Job Location

- Gurgaon

The Candidate should be comfortable with the calling part. As Recruitment and client coordination would be the major task.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
