Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and proactive HR Intern to support our recruitment processes. The ideal candidate is an MBA graduate with strong communication skills, previous internship experience in HR or recruitment, and a willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through various job portals and social media channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system.
Assist in scheduling and conducting initial telephonic interviews.
Support HR team in onboarding and other HR activities.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Desired Skills & Qualities:
MBA degree with focus on HR or related specialization.
Previous internship experience (2-3 internships preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confident, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a team.
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and screening tools.
Willing to work in office and support HR team actively.
Preferred:
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and latest trends.
