We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong organizational ability, and a willingness to learn and grow in various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Maintain candidate databases and track hiring status.
Support onboarding and documentation for new joiners.
Help in maintaining HR records, attendance, and employee data.
Coordinate with employees and management for routine HR queries.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
Participate in performance tracking and policy implementation tasks.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR concepts (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
Fresh graduates with passion for HR are welcome.
