Assist in maintaining employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Help organize onboarding and induction sessions for new hires.
Assist in employee engagement activities, events, and training programs.
Support performance management processes by compiling feedback, KPIs, and appraisal data.
Help in HR policy documentation, compliance, and updating internal guidelines.
Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams for timely employee support.
Research HR best practices, trends, and benchmark compensation/benefits packages.
Track and report HR metrics, including attrition, attendance, and employee satisfaction.
Contribute to internal communications, newsletters, and HR campaigns.
Skills:
Strong interest in human resources, talent management, and organizational behavior.
Basic understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized for managing employee data and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
