Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Coordinate with candidates and interviewers
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and joining formalities
Assist in attendance and leave management
Help with HR documentation and reports
Support employee engagement initiatives
Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
Pursuing or completed a degree in
HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3-6 months HR internship experience can also be considered
