About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic
HR Intern
who wants to build a career in Human Resources. This role is designed to give you complete exposure to real-time HR operations at a product-based tech company. You will support recruitment, onboarding, HR coordination, employee engagement, and documentation while learning directly from our HR team.
Key Responsibilities -
1) Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview rounds and feedback.
2) Onboarding & Employee Experience
Help execute the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
Prepare offer letters, internship letters, and HR documentation.
Support employee engagement activities, events, and team meet-ups.
3) HR Operations & Coordination
Maintain employee databases, attendance, and HR MIS records.
Manage day-to-day HR queries and assist in policy implementation.
Ensure proper documentation and safe handling of confidential information.
4) Additional Support
Assist in performance management processes.
Support payroll inputs and admin tasks when required.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives across the organization.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed
BBA/MBA in HR
, or any related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to handle sensitive information with
professionalism and integrity
.
Energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
