Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
Provide direct administrative and project support to the HR Executive or Department Head.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Assist in compiling, analyzing, and presenting HR metrics (e.g., turnover, cost-per-hire) for executive review.
Policy & Compliance:
Help draft, review, and communicate updates to internal HR policies and employee handbooks, ensuring compliance.
Recruitment Coordination:
Manage complex interview scheduling and coordination
Employee Relations Administration:
Document and track internal employee queries and help maintain necessary confidential records.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a
Master's degree
in
HR Management / PGDM in HR , or related field
.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
with the utmost discretion.
Exceptional professional demeanor, organization, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in advanced functions of Microsoft Office (especially
Excel
and PowerPoint for data presentation).
Prior internship experience in a professional office environment is a plus.
