Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
sourcing, screening, and shortlisting
candidates for various roles.
Coordinate and schedule
interviews
between candidates and hiring managers.
Support in
onboarding formalities
for new joiners.
Help maintain and update
employee databases and HR records.
Assist in organizing
employee engagement activities and events.
Support the HR team in day-to-day
administrative and operational tasks.
Draft and post
job descriptions
on various job portals.
Contribute ideas to improve
recruitment and employee experience processes.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed
Bachelor's / Master's in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for HR.
