Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in
recruitment activities
including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
Support in
employee onboarding and documentation
.
Help maintain
HR databases
and employee files (both digital and physical).
Coordinate
internship and training programs
.
Assist in organizing
employee engagement activities and events
.
Support HR team in
attendance and leave tracking
.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive HR information.
Assist with drafting
HR letters, notices, and internal communications
.
Participate in day-to-day administrative tasks and other projects as assigned.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR functions and practices
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and in a team
Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in
Human Resources

, or a related field.
