Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR (Talent Acquisition) Intern to support our recruitment activities for global operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment for global hiring requirements
Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Manage and maintain candidate pipelines, ensuring regular follow-ups
Support in preparing offer letters and onboarding activities
Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Qualifications Required
Education:
Graduate or final-year students pursuing HR or related fields
Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Basic understanding of recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS
Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR practices
